Greydern provides periodic legal health check, to enable you ascertain your operational, strategic, governance and legal compliance condition. We liken this service to you being like a vehicle used to further your charitable objects, at during your operations annually, the relevant MOT is required to ensure the good health of your organisation, and safety of all your stakeholders, including the trustees and the beneficiaries.
We provide a report following the health checks and make relevant recommendations. This service is different from the legal audit which is usually carried out either every five years or in anticipation of a regulatory enquiry or investigation, while the health check is carried out annually.
